1.Reset the scale by removing one battery for 5 seconds and reinserting it back into the battery compartment 2.Step on the scale with one foot until the scale display lights up. Then step off and wait for the screen to display “CAL”

1.Open the app. Under the "Home" section, select the top right "+", select "Body Fat Scale/Weight Scale" 2.Step one foot on the scale surface to wake it up. When the scale model number shows up (begins with "ES/R-A"), click the "+" next to it

Easy to use and application is working fine without any glitches

There is huge variation in normal and athlete mode. I am not sure about accuracy. Somebody who has done comparative analysis with expensive equipments may kindly comment.

By far it's really good.

Really liked the design and built quality. No issues in reading also. Show accurate readings all the time. Uses 3 AAA batteries which is not provided by the seller.
