This product was recommended by my sister-in-law for my husband’s back pain, and it turned out to be an excellent value for the price. After just one use, he noticed significant relief from his back pain. I also tried it on my arthritic knee and was honestly surprised by how much relief it provided—I didn’t realize how much I needed it until I used it. The product is easy to use and works quickly, making it a great option for targeted pain relief. I would definitely recommend this to anyone dealing with back or joint pain.

This is a nice little unit , really small and fits right in your pocket. Comes with everything you need to use right away. Works well, a little difficult for me to get the pads on my back in the area that I need. Comes with attached Velcro strips so you can roll up those long cords. The intensity setting is GREAT!

My family loved this TENS unit so much I had to purchase another one for my college athlete daughter that will take it back to college after break. She uses it ever single day. She likes the adjustable intensity, she said she has never been able to get up to full intensity. She said she loves the way it helps her muscles recover from working out or practicing her sport. My other 2 hs daughters at home use it in the same manner as they are also athletes and have various pains in their legs, back, and shoulder. The pads are easy to put on and reuse, they are soft and work well. The unit itself is small and portable and easy to read. Excellent value for the cost. This has not irritated anyone. There is no noticable smell to the pads or unit.

I bought this machine for my daughter after her knee surgery in 2023. She continued to experience knee dislocations and ongoing pain, and this was recommended to us for pain relief. We’re really glad we gave it a try. It works like a muscle massage with electrical stimulation. When it pulses, the muscle tightens, and once the cycle finishes, the muscle relaxes — which has helped provide noticeable pain relief for her. It’s been a helpful addition to her recovery routine. She has another surgery coming up, and we plan to use it again afterward to help manage pain. The machine is easy to use, affordable, and has given us positive results. I would definitely recommend it to others looking for additional pain relief support. The pads have quality stickiness and we have been able to reuse them over the past month since we received the TENS machine. I will be curious how long the sticky pads last before not working anymore.

I LOVE this thing. I suffer from lower back pain, and this has helped me so much. The pads don’t exactly stick perfectly, so I have to keep pressing them down to make sure they’re making proper contact. The machine itself works like a dream. There are lots of options but it’s easy to find one you like. I’ve used it several times and still haven’t had to charge it, so it lasts a very long time. The machine is about the size of an iPod, so it’s not a pain to stick in your bag and take on the go.

Love it. It works when used frequently to treat aches and pains from sore muscles. Did not irritate my skin, its quality, pads are thickness and sturdy enough to hold on clean dry skin. Helps me to relax when I remember to use.

This has been a great purchase - my husband has lower back issues and this has been great relief for him. Device comes charged which was so great!

By far, one of my best purchases, in life.. First time tens unit user here.. SO many modes and intensity options.. I’ve scoliosis and haven’t even needed the intensities to the mid levels, yet.. & I’ve a VERY physical job.. Each mode (choice of pain relief/message) comes with 4 mode choices and there are 6 modes: Hand massage, acupuncture, cupping, fist massage, foot walking, & gua sha type thing.. So, you basically get 24 different options.. I’m very impressed with the intensity levels since I’ve very high tolerance, with most things.. the pads are super sticky WITHOUT leaving a sticky feeling.. I used mine while working a ten hour sweat sesh & they stuck super well.. even with sweating & I sweat A LOT! They didn’t start to ‘peel’ off until the end of my shift.. I’d say that’s good.. (I used my unit off and on, in that time) & I wasn’t sure about the patch board (post unit use), but I VERY quickly became grateful for it! Much better than trying to figure out how I’m storing my patches after use and having to mess with whatever else to store.. The board kept my patches sticky and held them well.. Set up is easy, the main unit reminds me alot of a slightly thicker iPod, the lock button is a life saver if you’re gonna be moving around, the timer is great & lights up when you’ve a minute left to warn you! I really appreciate the little pouch it comes with so I can keep it organized and take it to work.. When I tell y’all my back was hurting a lot less then it usually does, at shift’s end.. Not kidding.. worth every cent.. and I was super skeptical.. Oh and I haven’t even used both cords/all 4 patches simultaneously, yet.. If you have any kind of back pain & can use a tens unit, safely: GET YOU ONE 💯💯!! I’m still processing that it works so well! A toddler could figure out how to operate this thing as easily as an 90 year old.. it’s that simple to figure out & use…

Being a long term pain sufferer this portable little unit in my experience is the best in the market. Competitively priced plus having multi options and given the size makes it ideal anywhere but certainly great when traveling.
