This is a very nice drink dispenser. I got it on recommendation from NYT Wirecutter but was a bit worried about it looking cheap or being too large. I thought it looked great, and was a good size for 8L (2.1gal) of beverage, as I think the ice cone takes up some of the 3.5gal capacity. The spigot is a bit high, as is a problem with nearly every drink dispenser. I filled up the bottom with 5 pounds of flat marbles to help raise the water level above the spigot. The ice cone wouldn’t fit in my freezer, so I filled it with ice cubes and then chilled water (since air is an insulator). We shall see how it resists scratches long-term, but I am optimistic. The bottom comes off and fits inside with the ice cone, so storing it in the box isn’t so huge.

This 3.5-gallon drink dispenser works really well and does exactly what it promises. It’s functional, easy to use, and perfect for parties or gatherings. One feature I love is the clear bottom portion—you can get creative and add decorations to match your theme or event. It’s both practical and decorative.

Large enough to serve plenty of people. Purchased for my wedding reception and decided to donate to the church for similar occasions. Well made and nice looking.

I love this dispenser! It's easy to assemble, clean and break down when done. Larger than I thought but I didn't have to refill but once. Used for my grandson's 1st birthday party. Love that you can put ice in center tube so you don't water down your beverage. Also love have the erasable board to lable what kind of drink you're serving. Sprout high enough to sit a cup directly under without having to tilt dispenser. you can decorate bottom of dispenser with fruit, balled up gift paper, flowers, etc. It's very attractive. The only thing I wish is that the sprout was lower to bottom of dispenser. You do have to tilt once liquid goes past the sprout .

They're great for parties. We particularly like the plastic pedestal that allows you to put decorations under the urn that holds the punch/drink. For Christmas, we filled it with ornaments and tinsel. It is thin acrylic, so one drop or something falling on it means it's trash.

I bought these and replace another dispenser that we had purchased that leaked everywhere. These ones have been great. The spout doesn’t leak. They have the ice container that fits down in there. You can put condiments on top of the lid or just decorate it. Well worth the money. AND NO LEAKY SPOUT!!! You get what you pay for.

Besides it's nice look, I love how light this is. Really makes a difference once you start adding water. Also glad it's not glass in case I knock it over at some point. Plastic is very sturdy and easy to clean. All the pieces fit inside of each other which is also very helpful for storage since it's a family large object to fit in a shelf even in its most compact form.

I purchased this for my daughters birthday party and subsequent parties I plan to host and I was so impressed when it arrived. It holds an extremely large amount of fluids. I had multiple compliments. The ice holder in the centre is wonderful as it does not melt and water down your drink. I highly recommend this product. Appearance and quality were great!
