Works on Epson WF7710
I originally gave this product a one star review because my Epson WF7710 would not recognize the CISS system cartridges. I returned the product to Amazon. Subsequently, Andy from Inkxpro contacted me and offered to send out another system and walk me through the installation process. I agreed and received the new system. The package included more detailed installation instructions and troubleshooting guidance. This was very helpful and I was able to install it and the system is working. One thing I learned was that in addition to making sure the cartridges click in place, you have to push down on the cartridge tabs and make sure they click in place. Also, the printer ink lines have to lie on top of plastic ledge where the latch is located instead of the side to prevent getting the “paper jammed” message. Nice system and much cheaper in the long run than original cartridges. Would now recommend.

Worked until it didn’t
I bought this in Dec 2019. It was never a smooth process to get it to work. I didn’t use it heavily so it was not an issue with wear and tear. I have had issues with clogging, air in the lines, resetting not working at times but I have managed to fix those issues thanks to like minded folks who already went through the pain I found on the web. However, a new problem with the printer not recognizing yellow is my latest uncorrectable issue. I have tried everything the community of sublimaters posted as potential solutions including rolling back any firmware updates but nothing is working. I am not so sure what is so special about yellow but many others are having issues with this particular color,I normally wouldn’t go back and post an update but like me I am sure you work hard for your money and are tired of throwing it away on low quality, maybe it will work, maybe sellers or manufacturers will stand behind their products-products. It hasn’t been a year yet and I have maybe printed around 100 total sheets with it.My opinion, you are gambling by buying this but I have run across any bullet proof solutions yet either. Like most people, I don’t mind paying a little more for something that I know will work but this isn’t it.

Needs to be level with ink cartridge for proper ink flow.
According to the directions, this needs to be at the same level as the ink cartridge. It doesn’t sit on the table next to the printer, so it would have been better if there was a stand or way to hook it to the printer at the appropriate level. I’m currently just using the box it came in and a 2x4 block. - I have it on the Epson 7710. Installation was a little confusing, but I found the YouTube video and that helped.

Not a Happy Customer
This thing didn't come with any real instructions. I had to got to Youtube. It may be user error but I couldn't get this to work with my Epson 7720 or 7710. I have submitted a return.

Bought 2, both broke, too much hassle and 100% loss
I bought 2 of these by accident. First one worked great until black wasnt printing, lasted about 3 months... then upgraded firmware on wf-7720. That stopped it from recognizing.... then went back to earlier firmware, it was recognized then still not printing black. Loaded up second one i bought worked great for a month then yellow not being recognized. Took out and seen yellow tab broke on bottom, loaded up older one which black wasnt printing and yellow not registering again, took that one out and that yellow tab at bottom is broken and not registering... so now out $120 and gonna try refillable tanks...These are garbage... buyer beware. They just don't work as advertised unfortunately. Would love a refund!!!

Works great once you can figure out the setup.
The system works fantastic. Print quality is top notch, and the dye ink that I also purchased from INKXPRO worked well with the system.But.... the instructions need a whole lotta work. The videos were not helpful, I had to find another video online that helped walk through the system properly. Plenty of parts and pieces with no descriptors as to where they go. Another video made it clear that the little air filters are supposed to go in the air vents on the tank. No information on how and if to mount the ink tanks. I don't want all the ink just sitting on the desk next to my printer, it should be tape mounted!Also...they need to update the system in order to work properly with the scanner closed. The solution right now is to use "strong scotch tape" to hold the tubing in place. There seems to be enough space to allow for an actual proper raceway to run the tubing.
