I've bought this creatine mix a couple of times now, and I'm still a big fan. It dissolves very easily and quickly, and has absolutely no taste. The powder appears to be of high quality (no clumping or discoloration), and I really like that they test for quality and purity. Highly recommend.

I've had creatine from a wide variety of companies but it's always been hit or miss in terms effectiveness. If you're having the same problem buy this. They recommend mixing it with a carb containing beverage and consuming 30 minutes before exercise. I've had great results. IMO the value for money in terms of volume is very fair compared to some of the other offerings from this brand. This mixes with anything very easily and doesn't add an unpleasant flavor.

This creatine is truly clean and completely tasteless - no bitterness at all, which is rare for unflavored supplements. I just mix it with water, and it goes down effortlessly. What really sets it apart, though, is that it's NSF Certified for Sport. That certification is a non-negotiable for me. It means the product has been independently tested for quality, purity, and to ensure it's free of banned substances - critical for any athlete or anyone serious about what they put into their body.

Context: I've been strength training religiously for three years, 4-5 days a week, with years of prior experience. I also injured my shoulder in my first year, while taking no supplements. Review: this is the first creatine supplement I've taken on its own, and besides my protein power, the first supplement I've added to my diet, and I have seen an immediate, and significant impact on my results. Within the first few weeks of taking it my injury has ceased being an issue in my training. Up until I started taking this supplement I was constantly having issues. I also strech a lot and get sports massages twice a month, which help, but this supplement helped significantly. It mixes well enough into my protein shakes, both in my Shaker bottle or a coffee on off days, and in my blender with my post workout shake. The latter being superior, as the non-blended drinks require constant reconstitution (shake/stir). There's no obvious flavor, which I prefer, compared to the pre-workout I have added to my diet. The WORST part about this product, by far, is the scoop. The label says to take 5g (as do all the research I've done on creatine), but the scoop only fits 4g - or at least under 5g. I use a food scale every time I make my shake to get the right amounts and 100% of the time, I am only getting 4g with one scoop, even if the scoop is over flowing. I generally have to do 1.3 scoops to get 5g. I know this isn't an issue with my scale, because I use my scale with dozens of other things and it's always accurate. Besides that, this product is great. Would recommend.

Game changer! No taste, disoves well in warm water . One of the best supplements I have added to my daily routine.

Love it, after taking it for 2 months before bed I feel and look so much stronger! I also think it helps with my hormones. I love that it’s clean and approved!!! I will be repurchasing!!! Just a heads up, I do dry scoop it because it doesn’t dissolves great in water

This was bought for my son, who wanted to train at the gym and build muscles. I've had no complaints from him - he's been on it for over a month. I have noted that it dissolves well in whatever drink you mix it with. It's a little on the pricey side, but as a Mum, I value quality over price, and this product appears to deliver. I did my research before buying, and it consistently comes up as one of the top five Creatine brands to buy. I hope the company continues to uphold its brand quality.
