I was somewhat skeptical about the effectiveness of this item but after using it for several weeks I know now that this thing truly works your core and specifically your abs. After 2 or 3 reps you really feel the burn in your core. Inexpensive addition to your home gym.

It’s a decent value overall, definitely a budget product. I’d probably spend more for a wheel that had some type of ball bearing in it. This just glides along the metal rod inside. Setting it up was only a minute, and it seems sturdy enough that it’ll last a long time. I weigh about 160, I probably wouldn’t like this very much if I weigh 200. It lost a star because the handles are pretty small compared to my hand. I wish they were just a little bit wider.

Its afforable way to make your core strong. I used this product for last few months and it works. The quality is excellent!
