Bulbs in these eventually begin to blink so can't use them. this third order placed on dec. 13, one is already blinking? where can i buy better ones?

I tried to replace the aaa batteries with alkaline aaa batteries, and the flashlight wouldn't work. can you use alkaline batteries?
