We use for self regulation of tv volume changer of games for us as our hearing quality is very different from eachothers. We have had issues with the product and the company has been fast to respond and remedy. Recommend for that aspect as well as for the sound quality

Did you hear the news?
First of all, I love these. Bought 2 sets over a years time. First set 2 head phones WON'T take a charge anymore. Also the LEFT channel has gotten much louder than the right. Hoping AVANTREE will contact me when they read this. Still love them.

Product completely dead and won't charge
Upon receipt, the product wouldn't charge and didn't work at all. I bought 2 and both were dead and won't charge. I was unable to return and swap because I was out of town for a family emergency. I have another set of these that worked great and I wanted to get 2 more so we could watch tv/movies with friends. However, the 2 separate ones received were lemons.

Works good but the head bad tension is not that strong to hold the ear pieces on tight.

These are Awesome!
What more can I say. Finally some headsets where multiple people can enjoy. Excellent! We use it for watching movies at night in our backyard on the big screen, great for not disturbing the neighbors!

Excellent sound but difficult to pair with transmitter
The headphones are comfortable to wear and the sound quality is excellent. I had a very hard time pairing them with the transmitter I bought separately. It took multiple days of phone calls and emails with the Avantree support team. One issue is they must be fully charged before pairing, but the red light indicating charging goes out after 15-20 mins, even though they aren't fully charged yet, so I had to unplug and re-plug multiple times. Also, the pairing instructions don't come with the headphones and they are hard to find on the Avantree Quartet support website (look for the Q5049 Quick Start Guide). One point of confusion is there are two pairing modes and you have to be in the correct mode (fast blue blinking light, NOT slow blue blinking light) for them to pair.

Déçue de mon deuxième écouteur acheté il déraille en ne sachant plus se déconnecter. Il tourne en boucle s allumant et s éteignant du coup la batterie toujours vide.

I really do prefer the headphones with metal slides to adjust length as they last much longer. Sound is great and fit just as I like.

Die Klangfarbe der Kopfhörer ist blechernd und kaum steuerbar. Die zwei Modi Klang- und Aspekteunterstützung der Tonübertragung reichen nicht aus. Für kurzzeitige Präsentationen vielleicht geeignet, aber für längere Tragezeiten unangenehm.
