Seems a better price than the tablets, also black current flavour is great! No bloating or stomach issues, but then I don’t use a lot of it.

Weaker, funny taste, didn't enjoy at all.

I use these instead of the tablets occasionally when making up a larger bottle. Same good quality as the tablet form and dissolvese easily. Great for boosting or maintaining energy levels. Very smooth and not powdery once made up. Very good at effectively boosting energy and isotonic levels

Another great product from High5. It's surprisingly difficult to find an electrolyte drink with actual carbohydrates and no artificial sweetness!

I've been using High5 for years without issues on weekly bike rides with friends to Ironman triathlon races. At home I've got the big 5kg tubs as they work out more cost effective. However, these smaller tubs are a great size to pack in a suitcase (or hand luggage) when traveling abroad for a week's cycling trip. I was using 1.5 scoops for a 750ml bottle, taking 2 bottles with me each day and rode 5-6 of the 7 days and had a small amount left. When mixing up a bottle add the powder in first, then fill up 90% of water giving it a good shake before topping it up. This helps it mix better, if you fill it 100% with water there's no room for it to mix when shaking. Same for most energy drink powders.
