I got this 2-pack of keyed hasp locks mainly for some small doors and cabinets I wanted to keep secure, and honestly I didn’t expect much for the price — but I’m impressed. The locks actually feel solid and durable. The stainless steel has a nice weight to it, and it’s not thin or flimsy like some of the cheaper ones I’ve seen. You can tell it’s not going to bend or break easily. Installation was super simple. I’m not great with tools, but all the screws and parts were included, and everything lined up perfectly. It took me maybe 10–15 minutes to put both locks on. The twist knob works smoothly and clicks in place firmly, and the key fits in without any struggle. Both locks came keyed alike, which is super convenient — I don’t have to keep track of different keys for each one. I used one for a cabinet in the basement and the other for a small outdoor storage box. Even though it says stainless steel, I still worried it might rust, but so far (after some rain and humidity), it’s holding up perfectly. No rust, no stiffness, and it still looks shiny and clean. One small thing I noticed — the black finish does get a tiny bit of fingerprints or smudges, but it’s easy to wipe clean. Honestly, that’s just me being picky because functionally, it’s great. It closes tightly, feels safe, and gives a good sense of security for smaller doors or containers. If you’re looking for something strong, easy to use, and that actually locks well without costing too much, this is definitely a good buy. I’d recommend it for toolboxes, gates, small sheds, cabinets — pretty much anything that needs to stay closed and protected. Definitely a solid product and I’d buy it again if I ever need more.

Strong ,fit my needs very well

These work perfect we couldn't just get a regular bracket it had to be a 90° angle the way our door was and this worked out perfect. I'll share a picture of the exact frame setup that I used it on. However this is a different door that does not have a bracket installed but this is the type of door/frame setup I installed it to. I installed one part of it on the trimming and the other part on the door itself and then got a padlock so we could keep a room locked up inside the house

Locks are fine: works well and well built but I just with they made a template! Holding these up to mark drill holes hides the holes! A template would be GREAT.

These locking claps were perfect for my needs. I wanted to add an easy lock for a door, but not need to have a bulky pad lock hanging from it also. This simple twist method clasp did the trick. Door secured and aesthetic maintained.

I bought this 5-inch stainless steel hasp latch to secure my garage. Right away, I noticed the screws included were very small and not heavy-duty. They weren’t able to pierce my metal garage door, which made installation frustrating. If I had a wooden door or gate, I think these would have gone in much easier. The latch itself feels a little thin compared to what I expected from the description. It does have a nice brushed finish and the stainless steel look is clean. I do like that it comes in a 2-pack, which makes it good value if you can use both. For light-duty uses like a shed, cabinet, or wooden gate, this would probably work fine. But for my garage, I needed something sturdier with bigger screws. Overall, not a bad product, but not ideal for tougher installs.
