Have struggled for years with histamine intolerance. After trying so many supplements this for me is the best to use when the meal has slightly higher levels of histamine than I would normally tolerate .

I learned that I have two methylation snips, and I am lacking the DAO enzyme in my digestive system. Since I have been taking these enzymes, I may eat a larger variety of food, and I am not having an itching reaction.

I had read a review that said this would help process alcohol, I don’t understand the science behind it, but it works, I had given up enjoying a glass of wine or a mixed drink, but if I take two of these 15 minutes before I have a drink And only have one drink, it does not disrupt my sleep or cause a headache!

I was diagnosed with MCAS and tend to flush after eating. I began taking these as suggested, and don't see any relief from symptoms. As expensive as they are, I truly hope some people are getting some relief.
