Is this all natural?

Thank you for contacting us about our Foaming Bath Butter. The ingredients are all vegan and cruelty free but they are not usually considered "natural". The ingredients are derived from vegetable sources but are processed and converted into material we can use to make the bath butter formula.
The definition of "natural" in cosmetic ingredients is not strictly defined or regulated by a single governing body. Generally, natural ingredients are considered to be those that are sourced from plants, minerals, or animals, and are minimally processed.

Does this product contain a preservative in it?

Thank you for contacting us about our product. Yes, this product has a preservative. It has also been tested for resistance to microbiological contamination. 
If you add ingredients to the base, it may change the preservative profile, always try to use clean ingredients and mixing equipment.  Some crafters add a pinch of their own preservative after adding ingredients.
Phenoxyethanol is the main preservative and the Tetra Sodium EDTA also helps preserve the product.
