I recently got a puppy and a kitten- over commitment for sure! But as my kitten is home mainly by himself while I’m at work I wanted to make sure I could keep an eye on him.. I bought two of these, I put one in my living room and one in my office..great product and I love the peace of mind when I’m not home and also when they are both home alone when we got out for a few hours I can see and talk to them... you need to get a very particular small treat for it work right.. but I love the idea of throwing treats to get their attention! Also love that it has night vision!

I purchased the Furbo primarily to give my puppy food rewards when she is calm in the crate, and to be able to check on her when we leave the house. It works great for these purposes with a wire crate. I put the Furbo on the floor next to the crate, with the ejection spout centered between two wires. It was well priced during prime day. If I had to pay full price for it, I might look at cheaper alternatives. I am not using the rotating, tracking, or smart alert features of the Furbo. I'm not using its speaker that allows you to remotely talk to your dog. I've heard that some dogs get stressed hearing their person's voice when they are away from home, and I don't want to chance that. I recorded silence for the treat toss sound, so as not to alarm the puppy. I load the Furbo with dog kibble, and set the treat size to "small". The bark alert feature works well when its sensitivity is set to "medium". There are a few false positives triggered by people talking in the house, but if I set it to "low" it misses some barking. I turn off the bark alerts when I am home, but enable them when I leave the house. Although the Furbo comes with few instructions other than the setup guide, it's very easy to setup and use. There is a tutorial built into the app that explains how to use it. I'm not planning to use the Dog Nanny subscription, but it came with a free month of service that was automatically turned on. I found the service to be overly intrusive. It flooded my phone with alerts. Eventually I found the settings screen for the Nanny alerts and turned them all off. I'm not planning to pay for the service when the free month ends. The service might be more valuable to someone who lets their pets roam free when they are out of the house, but my puppy is always crated when left alone. I was nervous about the many negative reviews that complained about Furbo losing Wifi access, but I found its internet communication to be rock solid. Since I installed it, we have had a power failure and an internet outage, but the Furbo recovered from both of those and automatically reconnected. Others complained that their dog was able to remove the lid and steal treats, but the lid on my Furbo fits very tight and my dog is unable to open it. Furbo is a quality and reliable product, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Awesome camera for pets. We were having some issues with the pups having some anxiety when we left the house. This camera solved that issue for us. We can talk to the pups through the camera and also toss them treats. The app is easy to use and the treats are super easy to refill. Overall a must have for pet parents!

It works well and does what it’s supposed to, but I feel it’s overpriced for what you get. I also don’t like that you need a subscription to access video history.

I'm a new cat parent and I tested a couple of my friend's cameras before I decided to purchase the Furbo cat and this product is by far the best one. Here's why the cat one is great: 1. The set up was SO easy. One of the products I tested, it took me 20 minutes to figure out how to get it working. I was so frustrated that I had to call my friend to help me figure it out. The Furbo cat, took less than 2 minutes and it was up and running with no issues. 2. The furbo camera is situated up high on the device which makes placing the device much better. I have it on my countertop and with the other devices, I had to put it at the edge of the countertop which made me nervous that my cat would climb up and try to knock it off. The furbo's camera is higher up so I can place it in the center of my counter and still have great visibility and I have less worry that my cat will come and knock it over. There are also little stickers that you can use to keep it even more secure. 3. The picture quality & the night vision quality were the clearest/best from the ones I've tested 4. Having the camera be able to rotate, was game changing. My cat has certain spots that she likes to be and with the other cameras, I had to experiment with several spots in my house to figure out how I can see her but with the rotating camera, I did not have to be as precise with my placement. Also if you have other people in the house, if they accidentally move the camera slightly, it's not an issue. I had that happen with the cameras I was testing and when I went to check in on my cat, I couldn't see anything anymore because they had moved the device. 5. I really like that it has a date/time stamp on the video 6. At regular price, the Furbo Cat is on par with the other cameras I tested price wise. I purchased it on sale which made it a no-brainer for me. I have a lot of friends that have a Furbo for their dog and they rave about it. Now I understand why. I'm so happy I got the Furbo cat!

I initially tried a lower priced competitor camera and ran into non-stop connectivity failures and odd reboot problems after software upgrades. I finally gave up and tried Furbo instead and am so glad to have made the switch. The 360 model is fantastic, with the ability to swivel around even mid treat dispense to fire goodies at multiple waiting pets. The image quality is fantastic and despite low reception at times, I've never had issues connecting to my camera to check remotely on my cats. The treat dispensing is pretty accurate (I use Temptations and it fires 95%+ of the time, a couple in each go) and my cats are so oriented to the camera that any movement of it brings them running to hear me and hopefully get a goodie. The sound quality must be pretty good - I once chided a cat for sleeping on top of somewhere he shouldn't be and he immediately looked up, looked at the Furbo and jumped down. Other pet cameras offer similar features, but for reliability of connection and the ability to treat dispense, Furbo 360 is top notch. For those with dual band auto-switching routers, a pro-tip for this or any brand - create a guest network on 2.4Hz, set it with no access to the rest of your networked devices, and use that solely for Furbo. It makes pet cameras more stable, I find.
