Very Healthy Alternative to Lenny and Larry's Cookies
I purchased the chocolate and the double chocolate chip cookies. Both are very good taste wise. The texture is soft, chewy, and alittle bit grainy. In both cookies you definitely taste the coconut the most out of any ingredient so it's almost like you are eating a chocolate chip/coconut cookie. Alot of people are giving this a bad review based of the fact this has 395 calories and high amount of "carbs" in which I shake my head at. This cookie is not meant to be a snack. It's meant more as a healthy meal replacement. Which is perfect for me because I don't have time during the week to make breakfast so I eat one cookie in the morning and I'm good until lunch time which is around 2 pm for me. And it's smart to use this as a meal replacement because it has 12g of fiber to fill you up, Good amount of protein, clean/healthy ingredients, and good amount of carbs. It uses allulose which means its a sweetner that passes through your body without being used as a carb. But even if you dony believe in that and if you think that the body recognizes allulose as a carb it's stil only 40 g of carbs.....which is good for meals because you are supposed to eat under 50g of carbs for each meal of the day. My only gripe with this is that it's WAYYYY more expensive then Lenny's and Larry's cookies which is what the know company are competing with in this segment. Know's cookies are 10.00 for only 4 cookies, whereas lenny and larry's give you 12 cookies for 24 bucks for the same size cookie. Which means lenny and larry's would give you 4-5 more cookies for your money's worth. Which equals a better valur. That is the reason I took away a star from this review. My rating wouldve been a 3.5 but we cant do halves in the rating system so i rounded the score to a four.

Chocolate Chips are NOT made with real sugar .. these are keto safe!
First, I want to clear up the discrepancy regarding the chocolate chips/sugar. I reached out to the company directly and they told me that the chocolate chips ARE made with Allulose and not real sugar, so they should not cause an adverse reaction for those on keto.I'm quoting the company's email t to be below. I will say I was slightly annoyed they said "our nutrition facts are a little scary for people who aren't familiar with Allulose" .. obviously we are all well educated consumers/keto dieters and know what allulose is, I was just trying to clear up confusing on the chocolate chip debate .. but regardless:"We're so glad you're interested in the ketogenic diet and how it relates to KNOW Foods! Not to worry, we've got you covered - The carbs section of our nutrition facts panel can be a little scary for people who aren't familiar with Allulose. If you're anything like us, a large "sugar grams" number normally sends you running in the opposite direction. Luckily, Allulose isn't like regular sugar! It only has 1/10th the calories and up to 100% of it passes through your body without being metabolized. Only a large amount of digestible (or "Net") carbs can knock you out of ketosis, so that doesn't include Allulose or fiber."As far as the product itself, they're very good! I will say they have a slightly fruity(?) taste, almost like raisins, even in the double chocolate. For a sweet snack on keto they're GREAT though. I've tried both the regular chocolate and the double chocolate so far .. double chocolate is my preference. Certainly pricey for just 4 cookies, but I often find I only eat half at a time since they're large and thick.

Very good, but don't expect a 'cookie' as you know it! Be reasonable with your expectations. Also, read up on NET carbs!
For the people giving this product one star, DON'T LISTEN to them. They do not understand the concept of NET Carbs, which the product clearly states. Net carbs are the carbs that remain after things like sugar alcohols and other alcohols that do not impact your blood sugar. They also subtract fiber. There is some healthy stuff in here! Coconut, nuts, egg whites, etc. There is no way you can compare this to soda! I can't begin to even go there. If you truly CARE about your body and NOT just calories, this should be considered 'healthy'. Now onto the actual product review... First off, it's a stretch to expect a keto cookie to taste like a regular cookie. We need to realize that with 'faux' keto foods. Let's get real. Does it help me with carb cravings? It sure did! I would call this a muffin/cookie hybrid. It is very soft and YES there is a lot of moisture. I did not expect this at first, either. It is fine. Don't expect Nestle Toll House, y'all. The taste was fantastic for a keto food. The coconut is obvious, but it tasted good to me. It's a HEALTH food and one that you can enjoy! Unfortunately, the price is VERY high. I would buy a lot more if it dropped by $2.00. I just can't justify $2.50 a cookie. For those of you that want 50 cent cookies, go get your toll house. :)

Good for heavy workouts/conventions/hikes... possibly too big for a light workout day
These fit in a weird spot. I have been watching the "healthy" cookie game for a bit. The other day at 7-11 i saw 3 or 4 new "healthy" cookie options. Were before it was primarily the complete cookie and more recently the know cookie. These cookies are kind of odd. They are big so they have a lot of calories. the sugar content is a bit high, an the carbs are typically high. Its tricky, but probably perfect for a weight lifter or a distance runner. Not good for a person cutting calories or carbs. This is similar to the concept of having chocolate milk after a big weight workout.Overall the taste is pretty good. It does the thing where they cut flour and use flax seeds and other stuff to make them gluten free. For me i actually really like that. The issue is that in most cases this might be a touch to big for me as well. I count calories loosely and workout most days. My protein bars sit at 200 calories/1-2g of sugar while these sit at 400 calories. I want this cookie, with a touch less sugar to be around 300 calories (so slightly smaller). Now on a big workout day or a day where I have a convention or a hike, these are perfect. On a day where I am just doing a light workout or hanging out... probably not as good.
