Unsealed relaxer container, separated shampoo into water and white thick sticky gel. I dont think this is an original product.

Great product but I got it all dented up and a package that has deteriorared. Very poor packaging. Hopefully the product was not damaged in whatever ordeal it went through to arrive at my house.
