This is power cable not GPU
This is described as an RGB without mentioning it's for power supply to motherboard.

Extremely perfect
Come with Lian Li Controller and acessories. For controller you need to have spare USB header on your motherboard. In my case I didn’t have spare USB header, so desided to rewire it to standard ARGB: 1. White wire 5V solder to 1 pin ARGB 2. Last wire Ground solder to 4 pin ARGB 3. All pins in the middle solder together to pin 2 ARGB By that you will lose fancy L-Connect light modes and it will syncronise all strip together to you argb
