Very good scanner -- fast
The only reason I gave fewer stars for tech support was because there are a confusing selection of printer/scanner drivers to download from the internet. The instructions were a bit scant on where to find the correct drivers to download, but I found them eventually. This scanner is very fast and very user-friendly once it's up and running!

Feeding Issues
I just bought this scanner because I have a big project that needs to be done quickly. I immediately saw it was feeding multiple pages through at once so it's not capturing everything. I put through a message to Brother support but since it is Saturday, I won't get a response for 1-3 business days. I bought it specifically because it's high speed and can handle 40 pages a minute but it can't scan 4 pages without screwing up. I will update this when I hear back but I have 40 boxes and bins of papers to scan in 2 weeks and this is messing me up! Would not recommend Brother! Update: after speaking with Brother support through chat (which is how they recommended as best way to resolve the problem) I don't think we were speaking with a live person (kept duplicating phrases), they had no resolution for my problem. Brother scanners are a piece of sh**!

These brother scammers are fantastic. Easy to use. Easy to install. Smart enough to ignore blank pages. Easily scans duplex, cards, anything we have thrown at it. We currently have 2 of these and will soon be adding a third.
