I know it's a cheap product, but I expected it to work for more than 30 seconds fresh out of the box (quite literally).Razor is not clogged in any way, battery that it came with is obviously in correctly as a) I'm not daft and b) it worked for a few seconds.With the power switched on, the razor flicks on and off intermittently for seconds at a time and doesn't run smoothly even when not being used. It is just terribly poor quality and not fit for purpose.Don't waste your money.

The product arrived on time but unfortunately when the product arrived the battery that was supplied lasted 2 minutes at the most. The quality is not as good as previous ones that I have owned, it feels really cheap and it's plastic. There's definitely no light on it so that's why I gave it one star in that catergory.

I have used these little gadgets for years and needed a new one, this ACWOO one is a nice replacement. Same design and style but not as robust It is good for the price and they even supply the battery.As we get older male or female we end up with thick bushy eyebrows that grow in all directions, so with this gadget we can trim a little bit or to within a micro of its life or completely off, your choice. I prefer the short one for a really good trim (my daughter says I look bald lol)Not too noisy and comfy to hold.

Second time ordering due to losing my first one. Razor offers a close and accurate shave. The head piece is slightly frigidity however it doesn’t affect the performance of the product.
