I got rid of my old plastic hoses and replaced them with bionic steel garden hose. Light weight easy to use. Fantastic hose.

Love my hose now! It never kinks and slides along the ground easily. And very easy to wind up. Great quality. I used my own nozzle as I like different sprays.

i love my new steel hose. this past april 2020 i purchased 2 brand new no-kink hoses, one for my front yard and one for my back yard. it is now september 2020 and i have KINKS AND TORN spots in the hoses!! i just cant believe it. i spent more money on the two hoses then i did on the one steel hose!! i will be purchasing a second steel hose for my back yard. there is one little thing though. because the hose is not large in size it has some what less pressure, again other than that the hose is GREAT!! i have the typical senior citizens health issues and because the hose is so light and very easy to manipulate i now have very little pain in my joints after watering my lawns!! oh! i really love how easy it is to roll up the hose on my hose caddy. it rolls up in seconds!! great buy!!

—The stainless steel hose is every bit as great to handle as advertised. — Your water flow may be a little restricted by the inner vinyl tubing, if you have low pressure. —Durability of the inner vinyl tube is big concern—mine sprung a leak after two years of normal use. I’m glad to report fIve year warranty was quickly honored by completing “proof of purchase” forms to both Emson Service Desk and Bell-Howell. — I love the hose for ease of handling, concerned about durability of the inner tubing.

I can't believe this hose. It is light and flexible. It pulls out to reach the edges of my yard and rolls back onto our spool. I don't foresee it leaking and it doesn't kink!

Update: I did call customer service and the agent was lovely to deal with. Asked me to submit a purchase invoice to customer service and they will send a replacement. I will update further once I receive feedback/replacement. Still very surprised by the quality but perhaps the replacement will be better. I purchased this hose in early March 2025 from Amazon and I am writing this on February 10, 2026 so this item is less than a year old. I would not recommend this at all. The metal part of the hose inside of the threads has a hole in it! I have owned multiple hoses in my time as a homeowner. Some have lasted well over a decade and they work just as well as they did day one. So disappointed in this product.

Excellent construction - have been using for weeks with no kinks or tangles. Lightweight and very flexible Using with oscillating sprinklers and they unfold and roll up with ease. Never had them get knotted or crimped. Design is foolproof with no issues.
