I had experimented with fish oil and vitamin D for a long time before I came across an interview with Oliver Lilholt and Julius Heslet. Watching their passion about the science behind making the worlds cleanest fishoil and creating a product that has the highest quality and effectiveness made me switch to puori. I also like that the capsules are tasteless and super smooth to swallow, and I love how dark the bottle and the outer material of the capsules are, which protects the oil and the vitamin from light. Taking two D-vitamins daily seem to help me with workout recovery and keeping the immune system up.

I have been using this brand of Vitamin D and Magnesium for a few years now and I love them. Their products are Clean Label Project approved and they have awesome bioavailability. The new coating on the Vitamin D capsules is super sticky and annoying and the capsules will clump together, but the product itself is high quality and I will continue using this brand even if I have to separate the entire bottle of capsules! The pills arrived completely stuck together as one large ball inside the jar. I had to spend some time separating each pill, but after that I’ve had no recurrence of the issue. Otherwise a great supplement. I hope my next order isn’t a repeat because it was pretty annoying to deal with.

I've been taking this fish oil for 2 years and I was a little skeptical in the beginning because I had always taken the liquid form of fish oil and I didn't know about taking this many pills but they are very easy to take and don't taste like fish or give me the fish burbs like I used to get.
