Good basic dextrose.
Wow. Fast delivery and much better getting 50lbs instead of 5lbs that only lasts a couple weeks for us. We considered checking with local breweries for this dextrose, but this is super convenient and a good price. Packaging is not as pictured so don’t get it if you need anything beyond basic food grade dextrose.

It's Corn Sugar
Dissolved very nicely even though it wasn't powdered like I'm accustomed to. I just started a batch of Watermelon wine using it today. I will come back and update in about 6 weeks if all goes well (or not). At this point I don't anticipate any issues. HOWEVER, I bought this bulk package in order to combat the rising cost of everything and I use corn sugar 5# per batch. When I divided and repackaged this "50#" bag...I only had 9 five pound bags and one 2.25 pound bag. Yes, what I received was 2.75 pounds short. I use a very accurate digital scale. Not a beginner here. 20 years into vinting. EDIT: This sugar is AWESOME. Nice savings on the per pound price! Fermented completely to 0.00 final gravity. VERY, VERY satisfied and happy with this product. This took my per-pound price from $3.42 down to $1.64. That's a Big Win for a private vintner.

Product not good for Brewing
I will have to agree that the package, label, and advertisement of this product is a little misleading. This is listed as a brewing product, meaning for humans and the tag clearly states not for human consumption. When I dissolved 8 pounds of the corn sugar there was a large amount of a black substances and a few very small rocks in the bottom of the kettle. I removed the sediment so everyone can see how much "other" material is inside of 8 pounds of this product.

"not for human consumption"
The product description on Amazon says this is safe for use in food production. It fails to state that there is a warning printed on the product bag that says not safe for human consumption. "Not for Human Consumption. For Use in Animal Feed." I am disappointed that the description on Amazon states multiple times that it is safe for food production. It says "nutritional supplement and sweetener for food and beverage production". When the bags arrived they have a printed sign saying this is not for human consumption. It is listed under the amazon category "Chocolate and sugars and sweeteners and confectionary products" when it should be listed under "pets or animal food". We purchased this specifically for frozen dessert manufacturing production and can't use something that says "not for human consumption" . I feel that we were lied to in the description and there was no where for us to contact the seller and ask for a refund. When clicking "return product" it says "no returns accepted" and there is no location to contact the seller. So the only thing I can do is leave this 1 star review so other food manufacturing businesses don't make our mistake of buying bags of this product that can't be used for human food production.

Corn Sugar works okay
I expected better performance out of this “pure” corn sugar, however it did not perform as I expected, but did an okay job.

More fiber than dex
Dex dissolves in water. Most of what ever this is plugged my my filter set.

Not a full bag.
The product is good, but the bag was 47 pounds which is 3 pounds short.
