Amazing thermal printer!
After using Dymo printers for years, I wish I would have found this brand earlier. Faster, better quality & less likely to jam due to the easy to load and clear path for the labels. Can also use generic labels for direct thermal printers versus the Dymp proprietary labels that are insanely overpriced. Tech support on the website is top notch.

Workhorse
This label printer is a workhorse. The WiFi connection is very reliable (I print from an iPhone and Mac computer). I really like that I can use label rolls and keep them inside the printer. I have had other thermal printers, and they have been very flaky. This one is very solid and worth the (admittedly high) price.

Better than Rollo
Purchased this printer to replace a Rollo wireless that would no longer play nice with Shipstation. It works very well, is super fast, and labels are nice and clear, beter than Rollo's. The Arkscan works well with fanfold and labels on a roll. We've had no problems so far. If there was anything I would change, it would be added compatibility with AirPrint, and to make the wifi setup a little less cumbersome. However, ArkScan's help videos are very easy to follow and we got the printer hooked up and operational in a few minutes.

BEST thermal printer!
I have owned 3 thermal printers and this is the best. Ive owned the arkscan 2054k wifi for over 3 years and its perfect… had some issues with the app today and called in and they had me back up super fast. Customer support is the best!!! Will never buy a different brand. Thanks to Michael!!

Fantastic Support
I had no trouble setting up the USB connected printing but had major problems setting up the WIFI connection even though I feel like the documentation was very well done. I needed to reset my computer and printer ultimately to get all the steps to work. I connected with Mark at technical support and he with permission took over my machine and got me all taken care of. The support was wonderful! If I would have thought about restarting my computer and printer prior to setting up the WIFI connection I might have gotten through it. I rated the overall rating down due to the difficulty in getting the printer to connect via WIFI. Tech support deserves 10 stars!

Amazing Customer Service!
Initial setup had some challenges ... so I reached out to Arkscan's customer support and received support in a matter of seconds. Raymond @ Arkscan was very knowledgeable and had me up and running in no time! I'm confident that the Arkscan 2054K-WF will be giving me years of excellent service knowing that their customer support will be there to assist whenever needed.
