surprisingly perfect
I've tried several different kinds of these tools and none have worked out until this one, which shocked me since I had the least amount of faith in it because the pictures make it look cheap. It's the only one that holds eating utensils securely without flopping or twisting around. The ones that you velcro just have way too much play in them but this one is a snug fit and stays in place and holds things like spoons and forks tightly. I ended up buying 3 more in case I lose them. highly recommend.

Independence Assisted
I am a quadriplegic from a stroke I endured a couple of years ago and this last year as I'm starting to progress in a positive way towards recovery and abilities, this simple magnificent instrument has helped me to be able to do things for myself that I otherwise could not do. I use this mostly for holding a stylus pen so that I can use it for my tablet and phone. This allows me to be able to call, text, email and create documents! Oh and now I'm able to do my makeup by myself :-) This leather band is quite durable, comfortable and life changing.

ADL needs
I like the darker color leather, it will hide stains. Perfect for ADL applications

Nicely made...
but ridiculously expensive for what they are.... and they don't work for all situations - especially someone with limited wrist and arm movement.

I don’t go anywhere without one
I have had amputations of all my fingers, so this little cuff helps me with a number of things. I put my utensils in the opening, I have put a writing tool on one, I carry 3 in my purse (one has my pen in it for signing things), and my styluses for the computer and iPad. I have them scattered around the house. I have recommended them to others and I think they work well, too, for people with limited mobility in their fingers. This cuff was introduced to me by my OT therapist.
