Ghirardelli Majestic Dutch Processed Cocoa Powder, 2 lb

I’m on my second canister of this cocoa! Deep rich chocolatey flavor, not bitter, dissolves well in smoothies, hot cocoa, cookies etc. & can be used in all types of baking. Since I use it so often, the 2 lb container is small enough to fit in my cabinet yet large enough to last. Canister is sealed with plastic lid for after it is open which makes it easy to access while baking. I don’t know how long it can be stored as I use it up so fast!

Every time I open this can to scoop some powder, I am reminded of how different this cocoa is from other brands. The quality is AMAZING! Dark and rich! You won't be sorry you selected this product.

Good thing Dhroste went out of business, or I never would have known I was ingesting poison. By all accounts this cocoa is safe, and it's evident it tastes fine, deeper than Dhroste, I'd say. I don't bake or anything, I just want to get some chocolate in my diet, and since one must drink coffee it seems, and I don't like coffee, this stuff kills two birds with one stone. Fortunately, it dissolves easily with the coffee.

This is a high quality cocoa and it’s taste is stronger. It took me awhile to come to like in drinks like cocoa. It works beautifully in baking.
