For me, this is a very good protein, after drinking this there is no bloating in my stomach and it digest easily and i can see the difference in my body and nails too both looks glowing and growing, I feel instant energy after drinking this, I also add it to my banana shake sometimes its chocolate flavour which is delicious. It has 24 gm of protein in one scoop so it is really very effective for me.

Earlier, I have used big muscle chocolate flavor and it was good. But this one (strawberry), taste is good but not good for health. It's one scoop is of 40+/48 gm which is huge and getting 24 gm protein from it (means 50%). I have started using it and every time I faced heat, pain in my stomach. And have to go toilet within 30 mins from consumption of protein. It seems this is not good quality protein. Product price is low but our health is important. Think before buy it.

I've been using this Bigmuscles Essential Whey protein for a while now, and I'm really happy with it. It mixes easily with water or milk. I feel like my muscles are recovering faster after workouts, and I've noticed a difference in my overall energy levels.

The taste is a little bitter, It gets jelly-like when you use a mixture.

This protein is One of the best protein and valuable for the money.

I have been using protein powder since 8 years now. I tried different products and in the process of stocking up my protein I tried this brand and absolutely fake product . It tastes like atta. Doesn’t blend . Doesnt give protein taste. Don’t waste ur money on this product . Very very disappointed
