I managed to create a rather large tear in the skin on the back of my hand and luckily we had invested on these paper type stitches. After cleaning my wife applied several of these to the wound. They stick really well. I only needed to put a sterile patch over wound and be very careful what I was doing. After a week or so my hand was healed and just needed to soften the stitches in warm soapy water to remove stitches. Couldn’t be more happy, must be more careful in future.

These are absolutly great for wound closure. I had cut myself right across the back of the knuckle. I considered including photo but its probably too graphic because you can see the knuckle bone and tendon popping out... but... i applied a couple of these strips. And when i went to urgent care the next day i was actually complimented on my application of first aid about 5 times. Once these are applied they hold VERY tightly. I was asked " did you super glue these on?" Haha. They just work. A must have for any first aid kit.
