The bag came like this dented. The brand should have packed it with proper fillings inside bag. Also no box delivery. Just in a small cover in a compressed manner. So disappointed. Update: i requested for a replacement and got it. See the bag is of top notch quality. My frnd is using since years with no issues. The problem is the brand who deals with bange brand doesnt do good packaging for the bag. They compress it and import it and due to which the item just get pressed and the product gets dents which il give a bad image. Put a proper cardboard cover and keep some airbags inside the bag.
