I have been taking BetaGlucan for many years due to medical issues with my immunity. I recently listened to a podcast by an epidemiologist from the University of Md where he discussed his research on the substance. Better Way Health came out on top with its efficacy. So I decided to switch from the NOW brand which did a notch one below Better Way Health. For the winter my immune system will be better off warding off whatever infections are going around while I use this product. I am happy that I found it on Amazon.

Started to use this supplement for immune system support. Easy to swallow pills. Many studies to back the effectiveness of this supplement.

Beta Glucan made from yeast, as their informational video describes, creates great amounts of inflammation. The picture I’ve included shows the Mucinex I’ve ordered to lessen that and it couldn’t work. I was negating Mucinex’s effects every time I ingested this form of Beta Glucan. Needless to say, I’m not taking this form of Beta Glucan again.
