Core Light Healing: My Personal Journey and Advanced Healing Concepts for Creating the Life You Long to Live

I have read closely both this book and "Hands of light " ( a must read for amatures before reading this technical investigation of HSP) .The first section is very detailed on the phenomina & mechanics that gives rise the auric field and how energy arises and flows through our aura , though the authors writing style is difficult and requires close reading . I found she often over explains things making them complicated perhaps this is the result of teaching people without logical minds and that perhaps has led her to doubt her own capacity to explain things . Then some chapters on how a persons field becomes blocked and psycological origins . All interesting but not easy to read . The second section of the book deals with how we interact with the '4th dimension' , this section is facinating AND i highly recommend people who are buying this book out of curiousity or for deeper understanding into auric fields to Read this section first . This will give the enthusiasm to tackle the first section , which very dry and requires very close reading , Barbara uses precise terms to try and separate the interactions of the system so there energy interactions can be understood and delineated . Much of this information comes from a channelled spirit called Heyoan , who also helped her guiding her through promblems with clients fields , and there are many quotes from this guy ; interesting . My only real critism of this book is Barbaras lack of understanding of Astrology and human personalities and identities , which inturn makes the author strongly promote some philosophical views on one size fits behaviours . This in turn can easily produce a righteous narrow mind leftists who demand people behave in a certain way , which ofcourse is not the authors intention . Perhaps this delivery is for people who intend becoming healers as such a philosophy cultivates the behaviours needed within this Specialized branch of Medicine . Anyway I thought I should point this out for less objective or younger readers looking for answers to Life the Universe and Everything , that it might be easy to get swept up in the quasi religious philosophy of this knowledge as a solution to all mankinds ills . Hi everyone! I am a Reiki Master Teacher, and I'm always looking to expand my knowledge on healing & energetics. I have Barbara Brennan's "Hands of Light" book, and was blow-away, so I had to order this book and read everything else Brennan has written. Great price for the book and it includes so much information that is easy to understand. I recommend Brennan's books to my Reiki students as well.

This is an advanced study. Great review and reveals info I missed while attending bbsh or Atleast completes it. I’m sure I understand it a lot better at this point in my healership. Thank you Barbara! love to you as you continue on you journey

Excellent spiritual literature, and detailed healing information. While many of these things may be hard to measure, it seems pretty genuine at least to my spiritual discernment. Barabara Brennan has truely had an exceptional life, and her teachings are both valuable to those practicing healing, as well as those looking to grow and become their authentic “selves” The black velvet void starting with you and then expanding outward to a black hole, and, energy as being consciousness are two things that struck me within the first few chapters. But, most of the book focuses on healing and Barbara’s stories about them. Enjoy the journey

I love the material in this book as it gives us even more of Barbara's gutsy and courageous take on energy, healing, and consciousness. A must have to complete her trilogy. I studied at her school for 6 years and taught there for a while. The most cutting-edge, life changing work I've ever explored. Brava!

This book, is my favorite one out of all 3 books and they were all great books!!! Very comprehensive and requires dedication to reading all of it, to really get the full benefit. Not a book for skimming around. It's better to read from start to finish.

I read Hands of Light before receiving my first energy healing session and it helped to be more aware of what to expect helping me to relax and be receptive in one of the most powerful sessions I've ever had. There is integrity and honesty in her work. She tells it as she sees it, helping to facilitate the opening of a greater perspective on this human experience for many of us. I have not finished this book yet but what I've read so far is great, but when referencing Figure Illustrations and the front cover itself says "Illustrated by Aurelien Pumayana Floret and Bonya Yu" and there isn't a single illustration in the book, it's quite disappointing. I wonder if somewhere in some boardroom at Hay House someone decided, "well, print it anyway. The information is still important even if there are no illustrations." The book is much smaller than it's predecessors and to be honest, I really wish it were the same size as her other two books. Hopefully, there will be a new edition or printing and this mistake will be corrected as I feel like this was a misstep. I'd buy a companion book of illustrations if it were available.

This book is so full of information that not only helps those who work in the energy healing arts, it also helps those looking for self-improvement, self-growth. I adore psychology and the way humans communicate (or lack of communication) with one another. I know what one must do to learn to live from a place of unconditional love, but the information in this book helps me to REALLY understand the whys and hows. I feel I am able to put into practice the things that I know. I love energy! When you can really understand that EVERYTHING is energy, life becomes sooooo much fun!!!

20年前に 前著2作に出逢っていたのにも関わらず 理解して読み込むことが出来たのは なんと今年。 必要な成長に20年掛かった。。。 ということであった。 最新作のこちらは kindle版で購入 読み上げ機能/英国英語の女性を選択 聞き・読みすると 著者が語りかけてくれている気持ちに。 （米英語でも良いがそこは好み）

I loved this book. I've read Barbara's previous books but this one is much easier to get into and understand. I learnt so much to aid my own energy healing practice and great insight into the astral realms and how they relate to healing. There is so much insight into various aspects of healing that I can't praise this enough.

It is very good to me. I have expected this work that show us how importan is the study about human energy healing

I highly recommend this book to people who do energy work and are looking for rational explanations to the whole process. Spiritual but non religious, very well written, researched, tried and tested, with clear practical exercises and easy references.
