Can you use an adaptor with these bags and pump into them?

I use the Spectra pump and I have the adaptor with the clips for the bags. I pump directly into these bags with that adapter.

Can these bags be placed in the freezer?

You can place these in the freezer BUT they do not lie flat. This was a problem for us because we store them in 1 gallon ziplock bags. Their shape meant we could only put in a few at a time. We then tried Nuk bags. They lie flat and we can fit many more in the gallon ziplock bags. You can see the Nuk bags here: https://amzn.to/2VQ6eED . However, the Medela bags are good. The frozen wedge shape just does not work for us.

How do i warm breast milk stored and frozen in these bags?

I used to either let it thaw in the fridge or run the bag under hot water to thaw it/warm it. If it's not frozen, you can put the milk in a bottle and then a bottle warmer to warm it up.
