Is this even a question? If you're inquiring if this product contains MSG, I don't know. However, it wouldn't matter to me, because I welcome the use of MSG. It is a great flavor enhancer that gets a bumrap.

First time buying these, do you need to cook them before eating?

No. They are pre-cooked. Just open and eat.

Mine were full of mold. Why?

They need to be refrigerated once you open the package. If they arrived moldy - it means the package was damaged in transit. That's how it is when you are able to buy all-natural meat products. Seriously, this is my favorite go-to keto snack.
