US Marine Corps EGA OR Bulldog Solid Pewter Lapel Pin Made in USA

I was looking for EGA tie tacks and bought this by mistake.And while it's a little large for the average tie tack the detail really makes it pop.Had many compliments on it

I was looking to honor my beloved Corps at a recent wedding I attended by wearing a nice USMC lapel pin. I had one that I worn for years, but must have lost it during my last drunk'en wedding. This new pin is absolutely stunning. The details are amazing, has a little spur to stop it from spinning and represents me and the Corps. The shipping package and box it came in has nothing but American pride and quality. I highly recommend this pin to all you dirt bags. Semper Fi!

First, the quality, construction, and detail of this pin itself is exceptional. I've received numerous compliments on the pin versus the two other Marine Corps pins that I wear. The quality of the pin itself is so good, that I bought a replacement when the backing of my first pin popped off and the pin fell out/off my suit lapel. The same issue came up with the second pin. I wear my suit jacket while driving in the truck/car and the seat belt will rub over the pin area. Apparently this causes the pin's backing to loosen (or maybe the belt gets behind the pin and causes it to separate from the back) and at times fall off. I haven't had the situation happen with my other 2 pins. After almost losing the second pin, I purchased a 200 pack of silicone earring backings from Amazon for 5 bucks and that sealed the deal. No movement and the pin is secured well. If I lose this one I'll buy another - the quality and detail of the pin is that good and it is the perfect size for a suit jacket lapel (left side as you're wearing the jacket, anchor inboard always!) Great quality and made in USA. That was important to me when ordering this U.S.M.C pendant. I father is a veitnam veteran and I only buy quality authentic stuff for him. Besides it's the least I can do. War warriors deserve the best
