This is one of the cheapest and lowest carb coconut flours I can find on here and is it high quality. I been using this to make keto waffles and planning to make other keto baked goods with this.

I had previously used almond flour (in a recipe that was for almond flour) and it came out kind of gross. It was suggested to switch part of it out with coconut flour so I got this stuff. Much better! So, I'm not doing a complete switch over, but am using it as an amendment. Neither my wife nor I can handle coconut, but when I tasted the straight flour there was only a very mild taste. I have not tasted any coconut flavor when I've used it in a recipe.

Great to have on hand for my baking. Expiration date is way ahead in time! Quick Shipping! Will buy again when needed since my stores here don't carry this. Oh well, their loss!

Powder is a finer grind than any I have used before. It tastes fresh and absolutely delicious, with a sweet coconut flavor. Will stay with this brand permanently!
