Bought used from Amazon/reseller. Painfully disappointed within the first flight.
The media could not be loaded. The drone was excellent until front left rotor started "catching" mid flight and came down. It actually costed me some props but I'm thankful the frame is in good shape. Nothing is physically obstructing the rotors as shown above since the props spin freely and it attempts to take off. The nano wants to pull forward like a racing drone... rear props begin to life and the front to stay at ground level until it tips forward and impacts. I loved this drone while it was flying but I'm so disappointed in this outcome! I bought it used and I'd really rather try and fix it, attributing it to the fact it was used so I don't know it's prior history rather than the drone itself. It's very SAD. $750 man...

Great Mini Drone
This is a great little drone, and a worthy competitor to that other big company's mini drones. The camera quality is excellent for a mini drone. The drone is easy to control, and flies straight and true. Good set of features including the specialized automated video routines. It's a shame that Autel is abandoning this market segment. If you want one, buy it now, because once the inventory is gone, Autel won't be making any more (Confirmed by email from Autel sales when I asked them if it was being discontinued)

This business purchased a batch of defective drones trying to selling them as new.
I bought the Autel Evo Nano Plus drone, thinking I'd save about $100, but when I received it, the drone was defective. They were aware of the defect and still packed it and shipped it to me, just covering it with plastic. The drone won't charge, and the battery might be defective, too. It's incredibly frustrating and dishonest. Once they get the drone back, they'll try to pull the same trick on someone else.D.Hankins

Took 4 months to get it work, but now it’s great
I have been flying Dji’s, Parrot, and now Autel for years. I’m a big opponent implementing No Fly Zone on all Dji that are now most of the time bricked by software when you are ready to fly. Autel product is the answer. Excellent camera, decent avionics and support. The Nano + is really the best <250gr drone out there. The new released firmware finally fix the bug of green pictures in Raw/DNG format! Yeah!
