Cordless version of a great product
I have used the corded version for years with excellent results, but THIS VERSION ROCKS! So much easier to move around. I am EXTREMELY HAPPY with the cordless version - plenty of power!

Great investment
This little machine works perfectly. Does the job it was designed for and I couldn't be happier with it.

Works great, packaging could be better
The internal packaging makes you think it is a used product, seeming to be half packaged. Note there is no bag included for the tool

I LIKE the cordless tool
We are a cabinet shop. Our goal is production. We are not exactly worried about the last 5 thousands of tolerances on tools. Shucks you can sand a little. We have used various biscuit jointers over the years. Number 1 curse is the cord. Cords are trip hazards. They also have been the cause of every biscuit jointer landing on the floor. So much so that I began demanding the boys to either set it on the floor in the middle of projects or unplug them and place the cord up out of the way. This is the only tool that gives us this much grief with the guys tripping on the cord and jerking the tool onto the floor. Some of it is due to the location of the cords and the length of the tool. Whatever the reason, one fall is all it takes to damage the fence and slide mechanism. Well Bring out the Cordless option. This Dewalt is sweet slots are dead level making for awesome joints. The fence appears tough and easy to adjust. I just pulled it out of the box 15 minutes ago and I'm so pleased I stopped to write this. This is not so much about one brand vs another it's a huge push for cordless and I'm pleased with the DeWalt performance.

accurate and easy to use
I haven't been stung with any DEWALT products and this one was no different. Handled well, easy to use, lots of choices. Easy to change blade. Does NOT support "F" biscuits (the tiny ones).
