Delicious, works well
First of all, the flavor on this is so good! No funky vitamin taste, (Be careful it could be tempting to take more than one dropper full, and definitely keep out of reach of kids because if they got their hands on it they would definitely down the whole bottle). I have also been feeling a bit more energetic, so I can only assume it's working, even though I can't confirm the vitamin dose or anything it's just my experience. I have stomach problems and so I was looking for another way to get more vitamins effectively that wasn't impacted by digestive issues and this seems to be working really well. It hasn't upset my stomach at all either although I generally split my dose in half and take half after breakfast and half after lunch just to be careful, in my case since I already have those issues. Also I chose this particular product because it did not have artificial sweeteners or sugar alcohols, I can't have these and they are unfortunately found in most vitamin supplements, it's only had regular fructose which I could have so I was pleasantly surprised to find I liked this as much as I did and it worked for me. Overall, I'm really happy with this, and will be sticking with this, and highly recommend if you need a b supplement!

Best B-12 supplement we found
My husband has trouble getting enough B-12 and tried several liquid brands before getting this one. It works well for him. He has been using it for several years and we just reorder when he needs another bottle.

Very good liquid Vitamin B12.
A 1mm dropper is the dose and just squeeze under the tongue. A nice kind of raspberry flavor and absorbs fairly quickly. I have some life happening and was happy they still sold this brand. I've gotten my energy back and feel less stress. I keep them in the fridge and use after breakfast. A good price for 60 doses.
