Used it for Easter lamb. It replaced the Cross and Blackwell we used to get. This is different but it’s fine.

As good as Cross and Blackwell which we can’t get anymore for some strange reason.

First of all I was surprised that something like vinegar should be stored in glass. This bottle was plastic. I have moved it to a glass bottle. The mint sauce had little mint taste and was much too sweet to eat with a savory dish. I also had to add more dried mint and more malt vinegar to make it like the mint sauce I have been eating all my life.
