The tap did not come with the accessories as described, and the company is not Airuida. This appears to be a scam.

5 stars for the customer service and 4 stars for the product! Our initial purchase worked ok for about 4-5 months - install was relatively easy - we had a plumber come and do it in our bathroom sink. However, after 4-5 months, it started making a loud vibration noise, to which our super told is it was due to the cartridge being stuck or broken. We contacted customer service who was EXTREMELY HELPFUL and set us another faucet for free (we paid for shipping). Now it works great without any issues. Appreciate the great customer service and speedy responses!

Very nice faucets. Well made. Heavy material. The handle functions smoothly in all directions. Height is great for my large vessel sinks. They look fabulous in the newly renovated bathroom. My only grip is no matter how much I wipe them down the still look a little dusty. Otherwise I love them.
