Within 4 months of purchase the zipper of bags became unfunctional and sticker started removing just after 2-3 months of normal use as my office bagand teardown even I utilize my bag with one notebook, 14 inch laptop and my charger, still it could not handle that, I can't Champlain as I don't know where to do so. I think I wasted 1499 which could easily by me a better bagpack
