These vitamins are easy to chew. They are perfect for me since I hate swallowing pills or chewing on hard gummies. Vitamins make me feel more energized

I never tried/trusted multivitamin gummies because of their reputation for being inaccurate on dosages, but since I take Nordic Naturals cod liver oil and they are a reputable/quality company, decided to try their gummies. They don't necessarily make me feel different, but I trust that their formulation is complimenting my diet. Also, they are a bit too sweet, but it's only 3 grams of sugar. Doctors seem to agree sugar in tiny amounts is not harmful, and if not eating any other added sugar in your diet these are ok by my book. As for reviews saying they smelled/tasted rancid, I did not get that at all from these gummies. Just a bit of a vitamin smell, but very bearable. I would recommend!!

The Nordic vitamins are very easy to chew and swallow. The flavor is so great I could eat them like candy. Never found any supplement that I liked better.

My finger nails are incredibly strong for the first time in my life. I’m not sure if it’s related to starting these vitamins a few months ago….Yet this is the only thing I’ve changed. I have taken two a day everyday. They taste good. They are not gummy like candy. Very nice texture.
