Absolutely love this mixer!!! With so little to do for set up its extremely close to a plug and play product. Im a regular PC gamer so the 4 channels to control is all I needed, if you stream, definitely get the step up version of the mixer with 8 channels. The mixer is well made, obviously aluminum would've been better but its not necessary as it still looks and feels great. The control knobs are very responsive as well as the mute option when you press in the knob. Great product would definitely recommend for those that dont stream and only need audio control for a mic, music app, game, and Discord.

I love this device now that everything is working, and I didn't see any other device with the same set of features I was looking for. I really want to give it 5 stars, but given the software issues I had, I just can't.Pros* Display Info - The screen for each knob has a user defined label and shows a list of apps associated with each knob.* Configurability - The software allows you to create multiple profiles to define what the knobs do. Each profile lets you define what to call each knob and drag and drop your open applications to one of the knobs. You can associate more than one app with a knob. For example, you could associate Chrome and Edge with a knob and control the volume of both apps with that knob.* Ease of Use - Once you get past some setup issues with the software and have everything configured the way you like it, it just works. Changing the volume or muting apps couldn't be easier.Cons* Flaky Software - Getting everything to work the way it should is rough. Sometimes things just don't work until you do some combination of restarting the app, restarting the computer, creating a new profile, moving a source from one knob to another and then moving it back to where you want it.* Price - To add the convenience of being able to change the volume on apps without opening the Windows mixer, I feel the price is a bit steep.* Build Quality is Mixed - Everything seems solid except for the knobs. They are wobbly on the posts they are mounted on. For the price, I expect no play in the knobs.

Awesome device! I'm not a content creator but I bought these as my speakers have no volume dial, and I was interested in separating program volumes such as Zoom and this did not dissapoint. I had some issues initially getting it to work, and it was very difficult to find out how to get ahold of BEACN, eventually I found them on Reddit (which I had to create an account for). Apparently they usually onlyconduct their customer support through Discord (which I wasn't about to download as I had already went out of my way for reddit) but one of their staff was kind enough to give me their Email and was able to troubleshoot my issue in no time and my installation and program was working awesome!My favorite feature as a host for zoom meetings is that my programing one of the dials for zoom, you can control the volume of your screen share separate from your speakers output volume.Very practical applications for non streamers as well. I often will watch a show or movie on chrome and play a game on another screen and it's awesome to turn one volume up or down seamlessly so easily. Great device. Get it!

The hardware is quite good, worked as intended. One day the app just decided to randomly start throwing out issues. After hours of back and forth with their tech support team with no resolve, I've given up. If you read around the software is known for being extremely buggy and lackluster.

ORIGINAL REVIEW IS BELOW THE LINE, but I just wanted to update.There was a software update provided, and since then, every single stability issue I had is *entirely* gone. I have not experienced a crash in over a week, and it's been absolutely rock solid. 0 stress to use, 0 annoyance, and it's just a natural part of my PC use. Especially while streaming. It site right next to my Loupedeck.----------------------------When it works, it's awesome. The application it pairs with, however, freezes or otherwise stops working at least once per day. The screen on the device goes black and the app doesn't respond. Need to force end the process in the task manager and restart the program, then reseat the USB connection to fix it. When it works it's amazing to have, I just wish it was more stable.

This is a good soundboard, however myself and others have an issue with this product. Somedays it works normaly, then sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it works for a long period of time then it'll black screen and won't work no matter what you do. This a headache to deal with on a basis and it it best to get a better soundboard, the ongoing issues this product isn't worth the price it sells for, it's best to get a better soundboard that doesn't have these kinds of issues.

I like to listen to music, game, and chat with my friends all at the same time. Of course you can handle audio mixing through the on board windows app, but being able to control audio levels on the fly without having to tab out of what your doing makes this a must have for me! It looks beautiful and fits the aesthetic of my setup perfectly! My only gripe is that it’s a little light and cheap feeling (with all the plastic). But it looks and functions beautifully! 10/10 would buy again!

This is seriously one of my favorite gadgets on my desk. Does it do anything unique that you can't do with software? No. Does it always work flawlessly? No. BUT it works most of the time outside of some rare update glitches and it's so damn useful. I have a complicated audio setup in my office with multiple audio chains, but when I'm gaming I like it to be simple. Enter the Beacn Mix. At the touch of a dial I can balance the audio levels of my music, game volume, system volume, and Discord volume. Playing with friends and want chat front and center? Dial down everything else. Maybe playing solo and need the perfect balance of music and in-world sounds? Again, turn a few dials and your personal audio mix is set. You can even quick mute applications individually, something I do with the game menu audio in between rounds.The one glaring con for me though: no button to switch which audio output you are adjusting levels for. If you open the software, you can toggle between two different audio outputs, say headset or speakers. I have three different output channels though and being able to swap between them with an extra button or a stream deck plugin would be awesome. I think for most people who only have one audio output, this will be a non-issue but those with more options or a more complicated setup should be aware.TL;DR Get it!

Amazing. There's nothing else on the market that can do this at this price point. A must buy if you're tired of playing with the Windows soundmixer to ear your friends over your game. Also perfect for video calls.
