The item itself is in great condition and packed well. This was a birthday gift for my son, he loves it. The issue was the delivery time. It was to arrive on his birthday. It sat 30 miles from pur home, then traveled all the way north. It would be here 5 days later. That didn't happen. I ordered another one from a different retailer. The original one arrived 20 days later. Th second one was canceled by the retailer, waiting on refund. The smile on my son's face, made it worth the hassel.

most people who bought it just have it sitting around but when my house was broken in too 3 weeks ago in Memphis, I got to use it! very nice but kind of hard to defend your case with the remains you get after using it. 4/5 stars because the grip is very hard to wash and stains easily.
