14.5" Classic Clad Roaster with Stainless Steel Rack

I had my fingers crossed that this would fit in my small oven. It does! The outside measurement is exactly 15 1/2" x 12" x 3" high; 5" high including handles. It is roomier than I expected for being a “small” roaster. The heavy duty rack sits up high in the pan for good air circulation when roasting. It works perfectly on my induction burner. It is a heavy, solid roaster with a flawless finish that feels like it will last a lifetime.

Absolutely will last my lifetime. Great roaster that is sturdy, spacious, and is easy to handle. Highly recommend.

I really love this new roaster! My husband and I cooked our first (12 lbs) turkey in it. The bird fit just right and cooked perfectly. The wider rack grills make cleaning a lot easier and the shape and size of it allows the warm oven air to easily get underneath the turkey. The stainless steel material is nice and thick. The bottom of the pan has an aluminum core, completely encased in stainless steel, allowing for more even cooking. I was also interest in this roaster because it does not have any non-stick toxic chemicals on it.

update: I seared a 7 pound pork loin in this pan on the stove top today. I cut it in half crossways. It turned out really nice. I heated the pan up like a regular stainless steel skillet and then added some olive oil. I put a paper towel on the pieces right before putting them in the pan. They were about room temperature. They seared very well. I then put the whole thing in the oven at 350 degrees for an hour and 15 minutes. Most all the fat side rendered off. I wasn't sure about cooking in it without using the rack, but it turned out great! Lots of fun. Great pan. I have used this for roasting chicken a couple of times. It cleaned up mostly with dish soap, warm water and a silicone turner. Very easy. I did use a little Bar Keepers friend for pots and pans. It cleans up gorgeous. The first thing that I was drawn to when I opened the box was the rack. It is truly magnificent and easy to clean off. The spacing of the rack bars are perfect. It is heavy gauge and built tough. Top notch. Very happy.

Good for chicken, if you need it for turkey get the larger one. But very well made.

Absolutely love this pan. I use all the time with chicken and it handled a 12 lb turkey at Thanksgiving.

Well made and durable. Rack wires are spaced a little to far apart. That's the reason for 4 stars. Worked well on the stop top to make a sauce from the drippings.
