update 06/10/24: seller did not solve my issue and directed me back to Amazon, saying because I ordered from Amazon, they couldn't help me. I told them that I had mentioned to them in my initial email I ordered from Amazon and why they didn't tell me that in the first place. They responded saying, well we don't have the handles in stock anyway. What poor customer service, and for that I'm rating 1 star!! The handles are nice they look good and are easy to install, however, I was sent two of the same side handle. The description stated one right and one left. I did not receive one right and one left. Once installed, they look odd because one handle faces down and the other faces up. I reached out to the seller via email on 05/25/24, since the box it came in stated not to return the item, just to reach out to them for replacement or refund. The seller did respond the following day, however, email went to my spam folder and I did not realized it until today. I'm assuming and hoping they will solve my issue.

Super simple to install and matches pictured product. Comes with a template to help the installation, but I bought to replace old handles so I did not end up needing the template.

I bought 3 different function types of locks all three were perfect and easily to place.
