We love this clock because the numbers are large enough to be seen at a reasonable distance. It seems very well made and it keeps the correct time with accuracy. We also like the look of it with its clean lines and numbers. (Very basic, but, nice) (We use it as a kitchen clock)

This clock is incredibly easy to read at a glance, with a clean and aesthetically pleasing design that fits seamlessly into any space. I especially love that it’s completely silent, no ticking at all. It works great in an office, playroom, bedroom, or really any room where you want both function and style. Overall, a simple yet excellent addition to any space!

Lightweight, easy to hang, and runs absolutely silently. Love it!

The clock is attractive and it works fine ( so far ). The manual/instructions are only available on paper. I couldn't locate the manual on the seller's page or its Amazon page. I think it should be mandatory for sellers to provide manuals as the printed one tends to get lost. I know this is a simple device, but it still came with 4 pages of user manual.

Unlike commercial and office locations, wall clocks are less commonly used in homes these days given omnipresent smart phones and myriad appliances such as stoves and microwaves that have digital clocks. However, the home gym is one place where the simple analog wall clock really shines, especially when lifting weights. In order to optimize body-building workouts an extremely important consideration is to accurately track time under tension for each set of reps for a given exercise. It is generally well accepted that your best gains stem from a total of 45-60 seconds under tension per set comprised of a roughly 1 second muscle contraction and 3 second release per rep. Although you can try silently counting the seconds for every rep this is not always consistent and it's easy to lose track, and looking at your watch or smartphone timer while performing most exercises isn't feasible. I've tried using a number of different "high tech" device aids such as using metronome apps on my phone and Echo devices alone or combined with my phone's timer, but the metronome sound gets old fast and doesn't track the duration of your set, and starting and stopping the timer hands-free hasn't worked well. The best solution I've discovered is the simple analog wall clock with sweep second hand, and this clock is perfect for that use. Placing one or more in a good wall position enables you to watch it during most exercises and accurately track each rep, and even if you cannot watch it during certain exercises (such as flat bench presses), you can easily track the total duration of the set to help you stay in the 45-60 second zone. Here's why this clock is especially well suited for this role: - Smooth, easy to read sweep second hand - Minute hand is long enough to clearly identify the minute markers for timing set durations when you can't watch the clock while performing the exercise or for timing rest intervals (both easy things to otherwise space out on, especially during very hard or lengthy workout sessions...) - Good size face at a very reasonable price - Absolutely quiet; no distracting ticking - Lightweight and easy to mount I really have nothing negative to say about this clock. Naturally I will update this review if anything negative crops up. But for now I can attest to the fact that mounting it in my home gym has eased the mental concentration burden of my weight lifting workouts and made for an overall better and more productive experience.

Nice little clock. Works well. Keeps accurate time. I have had others over the years that were just plain. The black on white of this one is attractive, and the price is perfect.

UPDATE to my review previously posted after my purchase of the clock in June, 2024 (see original posted review below). Now it is March, 2026 and a month or so earlier it was time to replace the AA battery in the clock. Should be easy, but ya gotta be careful (and maybe I f'd up). I maneuvered the battery so it would lift out, and a metal tab in the battery compartment was tugged on a bit and got a little bent out of shape. Now the clock has problems just making a simple reliable connection to the battery. In hind sight, the procedure for a simple battery replacement would be: Slide and move the battery (without pulling the battery out) a tad to the side, and slip a thin piece of hard plastic between the battery end and the contact (a bread bag closure clip could work for this after some fabrication). Then tip that end of the battery away from the battery compartment and remove it. Do the reverse to install a fresh battery. I think the metal contact parts in the battery compartment could have been a little thicker metal. This clock wasn't too expensive (about $10) so I'll probably toss it at some point and get another one from Amazon. I'm looking at something kinda similar but with a temperature and humidity gauge on it. Right now the defective clock is still hung on the wall and set to 12 o'clock (immovable, but twice a day it tells the correct time). P.S. The clock hands should've had more difference between them in length or appearence. It could be hard to tell which was the hour hand. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Everything about the purchase of this clock is right on. It was well packaged, and arrived in a timely manner (pun intended). The clock is quiet. I haven't heard it make a peep. It has some weight to it, which makes me think the clock mechanism in it is of decent quality. The specified diameter of 10" isn't correct. The clock a received is actually a bit smaller than that, and the clock face itself is a little under 9 inches. Maybe it's a conversion from metric to US kinda thing. But it's a good size to make it easy to read from anywhere in my living room (12' x 16' room). And I prefer to glance, or look up to see the time on a traditional analog clock, instead of checking the time on my smartphone or desktop PC. One thing though, the clock's hour hand is just a wee bit off when the second hand sweeps past 12. It's a tad before (or late) from where it should be. No biggie though. I see that maybe this clock's hands can be accessed by removing screws on the back, unlike a similar clock I had a ways back that snapped together. Well if I get bored someday, I might look into that. Otherwise this clock purchase was all right!
