Inexpensive but capable
I've used an expensive Applied Instruments XR3 satellite finder costing over $1000, but this one does very nicely at a fraction of the cost. And it's much smaller and lighter.

Highly recommend
Great for FTA fans like myself. Easy to read signals for quick, seasoned installers, yet great tools for any person to transform from DIY to seasoned specialist.

Poor customer service.
Bought it to aid in reaming my Dish satellite dish. The Dish Network aiming satellite is 119 but is not included in the library. I emailed support for assistance and to find out where to download the update file per their manual. The only reply I received was to use the add satellite button. I would do that if I had the satellite information. Guess I should just return it.

Saves a lot of time and aggravation.
Very nice unit, if you need to track satellites in order to bring your TV reception in or any other type of reception from the satellite. It makes a tough job much easier.

Light weight confirmation when aiming a dish antenna
Long ago I put up a KU satellite antenna to watch FTA tv. I've recently tried to revive it but was having trouble tuning to the satellite, so I ordered this GTMedia satellite finder. It works as well as a receiver and television, but does not require multiple wires or hauling any heavy items to the satellite antenna. The price is reasonable.
