3 stars only because these pills contain cellulose. I didn’t realize that at the time of purchase. Although they were effective - giving me the same boost as coffee. I noticed bloating in my belly. Which prompted me to look at the ingredients. Cellulose! Cellulose is the culprit. Cellulose causes me to bloat.😏 I should have read the label contents closely.

I'm not saying it doesn't work, but I couldn't take it past 2 days. It's a really strong product & my body couldn't handle it. Horrible stomach cramping & my body itched. I'm pretty sure it was an allergic reaction. I'll have to stick to drinking my green tea.

These are great capsules. So much better than tablets

Have heard many great things about Green Tea Extract. I honestly feel it increases my energy and think it also helps with burning fat. This product is well rated by customers and I would recommend it to anyone looking for this type of supplement.
