I think the pen holders will stretch for the tide pen

Suitable to fit. I travel regularly, so I bought three cases to put my chargers, cables and other small items. And sometimes I also put an apple pencil in the slot or mesh pockets. Very convenient, highly recommended

Q: Could it hold small wrenches, I have a lot of small bike-related parts and tools that need to be grouped together.

I thought it worked, as long as the size was within reason. And this case has a carrying handle, so it's easy to carry. The black color is also very durable, at least the one I bought is.

Q: Can it hold makeup brushes? The elastic band seems to fit well. It could become my makeup bag if the way is available.

I think it is possible if your makeup brush length is within 9inches. This elastic strap is still quite flexible. You can also put tiny brushes in that mesh pocket, which maybe a good way to go.
