It should; it's pretty wide and stretches.

Will this fir 7-1/2 inch flashlight?

This flashlight pouch may be small, you can buy it and try it. If by any chance our flashlight pouch doesn't fit, a refund will be provided. You won't lose anything.

How wide a duty belt can you wear this on? Ours are 2 inch wide belts.

Loop is just over 2"...it will fit over a 2" wide belt. Although these seem well made, you may want to test it out for daily wear on a duty belt. My gear holders went through a lot of the years, so keep check on wear.
