Easy set up and it works great. I did look online for a proper set up through and I recommend doing that.

Works great. Was easy to install. Took about 30min. I Have ran it over 100 miles so far and no leaks at all. Comes with many mounting options. I wanted to mount it up front but I have no room up there. I was able to mount it on the side shown on picture. It still gets plenty of air over there. Good quality for the price. This oil cooler is actually bigger than the one on my 4L V6 truck. I measured temperature with a infrared temp Gauge and there is between 10-20c drop in temperature. This will allow the oil to last longer and my engine too. You can feel how hot the oil goes in on one side and Luke warm coming out the other. Comes with lots of brackets, bolts and washers. I save the extra parts for future projects. The cooler can be flipped around so the mounting can be on the top or bottom. Easy to know how much more oil is needed, just fill the cooler up with oil before install. Good purchase. Love it! And it makes my bike look cooler.

The kit comes with 3 different mount mounting options. I choose to mount it to the intake 90 pipe since I didn't want to bolt it to the head and I my model year didn't have a way to mount it below the tank. My model has an ignition key right below the tank. The cam plate and gasket fit my CRF70 just fine. (actually 88cc with big bore kit) IMPORTANT: When I got the kit I noticed that the radiator had the oil line in/out and mount holes on the same side which meant that I would have to bolt the rad upside down. If I did this I would only be using 1/4 of the rads cooling surface area. This was at first disappointing. I have seen many other people mount these with the oil lines on the bottom. This is wrong! But guess what I noticed that the rad's cage has 4 bolts sandwiching it together and the cage looked reversible so I took it apart, flipped the rad so the mounts were on the bottom and the oil lines were on top. No where did I read that you could do this so I am sharing here and that's the main reason I am leaving a review. After the install I had to top up the oil a little. The oil lines must not be overtightened. Besides its low pressure. Its not like they are hydraulic lines. The oil lines were a little challenging to route and connect because they are ridged and the heads don't swivel so take you time and find the best orientation. After running for a bit I checked the temperatures and the rad was reading 109 degrees at the surface. That is a good sign. It will cool when your ride. Also there were no oil leaks anywhere. Last thing I have the 88cc big bore kit with the high flow oil pump and widened oil port. This oil cooler may work fine without the high flow pump mods but I would consider the high flow oil kit too because of the extra flow that may be required to pump through the oil cooler. Do your research on how to add that kit to your project.

Slapped this puppy on my lifan 125cc trail 90 after abusing it and getting it quite hot, have not had cooling issues since! Ok quality, about what youd expect for the price, but does the job just fine! I have crashed several times with it and the mounting tabs have pulled out of the bracket, but some zip ties hold it on fine. Another time I crashed and it bent a line in such a way that it came loose and leaked a little- tightened it back down and it was good to go! I have zero complaints with this, it cools effectivley, every problem ive had was self inflicted.

It fits the xpro vader but you gotta reuse the bolts from the xpro, set does not come with new bolts for the new adapter plate where the hoses hook up to ,with that in mind the fitment of the bolts is a little off, I had to use a washer on the 2 small bolts for fear that there wouldn't be enough material to bolt down on, also used a spacer type washer with rubber on it that I found, on the longer bolt just because it bottomed out before it could tighten all the way. So far no leaks. I mounted it below for now but once I remove the air box I will mount it higher.
